The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, giving us good recommendations on the local restaurants. The breakfast was tasty with a nice selection of dishes to choose from. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to all the main attractions and it was close to many cafes and bars. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
The room was quite small, and there was no window which made it feel a bit stuffy. The shower stall was not very spacious, so it was hard to move around.

1. The hotel counter guy not friendly. 2. we should check out on 2012/11/13, but the hotel staff ask to pay all Bill on 2012/11/12 night??? 3. room price already due for USD50 per night for room 701, but the counter guy asking to pay for USD57 per night??? 4. how can the hotel guy ask to pay early 1 day before we check out and dont know how much we should pay for the price??? 5. room 701 electric pot was rusty, but the hotel staff just reply no more other can be use??? after i got angry, than the hotel staff clean off the rust but left a lot of dust to let us clean it??? 6. hotel guy also ask to pay extra 3% if we dont pay by cash(we used credit card), i told him other hotel dont charge for extra 3% for credit card and at last we noneed to pay. 7. next time, hotel should tell early to customer that there will be a extra charge for credit card during the time we check-in.

Staying in the heart of the old quarter, I couldn't ask for a better location. Just a stone's throw away from the lake, cafes, and restaurants, it's very convenient. the staff is extremely hospitable and helpful in planning trips. the cleanliness of the room, along with multiple outlets and wifi, is commendable. the breakfast spread is scrumptious.
The luxurious shower jets didn't work, but the staff at the hotel was great in addressing any issues.
